Bright-Eyed Brew Coffee is produced by a 24 hour steep which means a slow, controlled extraction that gives it a higher caffeine content and smooth, chocolatey flavor.


A regular hot cup of coffee, due to its acidic nature can sometimes be a turn off.  Our coffee is 65% less acidic and will be smooth before, during, and after every cup. 


Our Coffee is nitrogen infused, which means uniform nitrogen bubbles poured at a high pressure.

This gives our cold brew a creamy texture.  Now that's chemistry!
