The creation of Bright-Eyed Brew Co started when I was listening to a podcast that was discussing mobile food/coffee trucks.
With a natural love for coffee and the hospitality industry, it didn’t take long for Katherine and I to realize that this was a journey that we wanted to dive head first into.
With cold brew coffee starting to make itself known, we stumbled across nitro, cold brew coffee. Not only does it give the coffee a beautiful eye appeal with a gorgeous cascade, it also gives it a creamy texture thats topped with a delicious foamy head. We think this provides the ULTIMATE experience and we want to share with the world!
